Pricing Information
Smoothie Time has 3 different size fountains.
Small: $350 with enough Belgian chocolate for about 75 guests.
Medium: $450 w/ enough Belgian chocolate for about 150 guests.
Large: $525 w/ enough Belgian chocolate for about 300 guests.
More chocolate can be purchased and added to any fountain for an additional charge.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice are subject to an additional charge.
The following is included in the pricing (ask about our self service packages):
- Chocolate fountain
- The finest Callebaut Belgian Chocolate (dark, milk or white)
- 2 hours of service
- An attendant (properly attired)
- Bamboo skewers, cocktail napkins
- Travel (an additional charge for events out of the DC area), set up and clean up
Dipping treats are not included in the above treats. If your event is being catered by a full service caterer, they would provide the dipping treats. If not, we can supply the treats with packages starting at $4.50 per person - which includes any 5 of the following treats: Fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, rice krispy treats, marshmallows, pretzels, oreo cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and lady fingers. There are many other options, ask for details.
Extra Attendants are $150 each.
A $200 deposit and signed contract are required to hold the date. The full balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
